Lady Norena is a sought after transformational speaker with a strong passion towards Personal Branding and leadership and has spoken at several forums and with several organizations. The most recent notable ones as Guest speaker at the Vice Presidents Book Launch and the birthday Luncheon for the First Lady of the republic of Zambia.

In March of 2016 she received the Mentorship of the Year Award at the Zambia Women of the year Awards. She is a Mentor for the 2016 Mandela Washington Fellows and National Mentor under the Atlas Mara Foundation.
