Vicky has been an employee with CSL for 7 years in Germany. Since joining CSL, Vicky has held increasingly senior positions in Recombinant Product development. In her current role, Vicky leads the global Recombinant and Viral vector development, is leading the M600 R&D campus project and is one of the Managing directors of CSL Behring Innovation.

Prior to joining CSL, Vicky has held many different positions at CSL Limited, Glaxo, Soltec Research, Sandoz from analytical to development scientist and various leadership positions in Australia, Austria and Germany. She is highly experienced in activities associated with the early to late-stage pharmaceutical development of new sterile injectable products and topical formulations.

Vicky’s vocation is to develop organizations to a higher level by motivating cross-functional and cross-cultural scientist teams to partake in the change and identify themselves with the vision, values, and purpose of the organization. She combines strong analytical and people skills with passion and the necessary matter-of-factness to establish sustainable transformation.

Vicky holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from Swinburn University, Australia and looks forward to continuing to build a promising and impactful career at CSL.
