Nadia Bibi is a freelance writer, speaker and founder of Sehat Karwan (an online service designed to facilitate the patients following ailments and local emergencies immediately). She is also working in person for women empowerment to give females the confidence to speak out for their rights, free them out from a reckoned male dominating society and to change the worn out customs of the society. She is a member of Global Shaper Peshawar Hub. She has been a public speaker nationally and internationally and spent her life in social and youth sector, serving the cream of the nation. She has won several leadership awards. She is the first Pakistani to win Best Speaker Award in Asia Pacific Future leader conference 2017 among 300 delegates from 30 different countries. She has a Doctorate degree from Khyber Medical University and bachelor’s degrees in Science from Hazara University Mansehra.
The main aim of this startup is to empower local women with the skills as well as provide an E commerce platform for female artisans to exhibit and sell their products online.
Apart from their E commerce platform, they are in the process of establishing an institute in Swabi for local females, where they would train them and help them in innovating, new product ideas and designs.

He ensures successful implementation of the project from inception to fruition through efficient and lean coordination with all relevant stakeholders as well as partnership building and engagement (public and private sector) and resource mobilization.
Help stimulate the IT sector’s growth in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa by identifying, developing and planning training and mentoring activities for local startups and freelance job-seekers by leveraging research data.
He assesses the state of entrepreneurship, innovation and investment activities through interviews, research, and comparative analysis by leveraging internal and externally researched data. Provide guidance/support to entrepreneurial activities; crowd sourced innovation, business development, and product commercialization and angel/Venture Capitalists investment networks in the region.
He builds a strategy for incubation and accelerator programs and strategy for financing the co-workers/entrepreneurs. Coordinates project's all technical, administrative and financial matters. Pir Amad provides coordination, technical inputs and guidance to implement project's activities as required delivering the project's results.
