Laureato in ingegneria al Politecnico di Milano e con un MBA all’Insead, Fabio Cannavale ha fondato nel 2004 il sito Volagratis e oggi è presidente di uno dei principali gruppi europei nel settore dei viaggi online: lastminute.com Group quotato alla borsa di  Zurigo nel 2014. Si tratta dell’iniziativa imprenditoriale più recente dopo eDreams Italy, di cui Fabio è tra i promotori nel 1998, e The Floating Village, che ha lanciato nel 1996. Ha iniziato il proprio percorso professionale in A. T. Kearney e McKinsey & Company nel 1989.
