Ahsan Sardar, a Lawyer by profession & a Facilitator by passion. Certified from British Council, School of Leadership, Youth Advocacy Network, Humanly, M&C Saatchi, UNDP & The State Bank of Pakistan, is on a drive to add value in other's life through his facilitation skills. Having worked with numerous National & International Organizations in different capacities and trained 5000+ people at different platforms, he always strives to work for human growth and development. His facilitation skills keeps the participants engaged & makes them believe that they are to shoulder the responsibility of better tomorrow. His ability to think big has made him to be the Managing Director of an emerging Training & Consultancy firm in KP namely Work to Empower - WE. He has worked closely with Startups and accelerators and has been actively involved in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
