Edward is a humble passionate leader from start-ups to fortune 500 companies he has paid forward what he has learned mentoring the new generation of entrepreneurs. He is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of the Manos Accelerator a mentorship-driven accelerator program that provides "hands-on" education, business resources and guidance for promising start-up companies led by Latinos that will move them to the fast track to success. Edward is a native of San Jose and has worked at high-tech companies in Silicon Valley over the last 20 years as a Human Resources executive. He advised and nurtured talent for emerging businesses within corporations. He has a proven track record in the areas of leadership development, executive coaching, and talent management. In 2010, he co-founded myJoblinx, the industry's first employee-centric enterprise solution, leveraging both social recruiting and employment branding into a single unique application on Facebook. In 2012, Edward was featured as a 'Game Changer' in Hispanic Executive Magazine.He has also been featured on Forbes, TechCrunch, and The Wall Street Journal. He graduated with a Master's Degree in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco and a B.A. degree in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University. He currently sits on the board of Silicon Valley Latino Magazine and in the past has also been active on the Board of Silicon Valley Leadership Group. Dream Big, Believe More, Act Now.
