Fabrice Serfati es socio y director de IGNIA, fondo de capital emprendedor enfocado en impulsar a emprendedores que atiendan las necesidades de la emergente clase media en México. Previa a su participación en IGNIA, Fabrice se desempeñó como Vicepresidente Corporativo de ONEO / Grupo Domos y como Vice Presidente de Finanzas en Vitro. Es miembro independiente del consejo de Red de Carreteras de Occidente, y StartupGDL. Siendo creyente de la importancia que tiene el rol de la mujer en la sociedad participa activamente como mentor en Victoria147 y es Presidente del Consejo de CORDEM ABP.
