Myke Rabar built Homeboyz together with his brother, literally from scratch. The two came from deejaying at house parties to a multi-million shilling conglomerate that has branched into radio television, events and software development. The group has 12 companies that employs 140 people the majority of whom are young, forward thinking people entering the music and entertainment industry.

Myke Rabar built Homeboyz together with his brother, literally from scratch. The two came from deejaying at house parties to a multi-million shilling conglomerate that has branched into radio television, events and software development.

The group has 12 companies that employs 140 people the majority of whom are young, forward thinking people entering the music and entertainment industry.

One of their biggest achievements is co-production with the UK’s tiger aspect productions. A 52 episode series that was on BBC’S pre-school channel and later sold to Playhouse Disney in the USA.

Myke sits on several boards including the vision 2030 committee; Safaricom/ TingaTinga Foundation; the Kenya Rugby Football Union; Homeboyz Group of Companies and the Music Technology Academy.

Myke has received awards for promoting youth in sport and entertainment (Head of State Commendation 2012)
