Andrea is the Startup Grind Milano Director and has organized 16 SG events with more than 1500 participants in the last two years of activity.

Born in our city, Napoli, Bachelor in Business Administration at Bocconi University in Milan, Master in Marketing at ESADE Business School, Andrea started his career at Google as an Industry Analyst. After two years, he moved at Vodafone Italy as a Marketing Manager where he worked for 2.5 years managing the Prepaid Market and then the Partnerships of the company.

In 2016, Andrea left Vodafone and he founded Machiavellico, an innovative startup that aims to change the way companies are dealing with Education, reinventing the worlds of TeamBuilding, SoftSkills Learning and Group Recruiting making them Experiential. He raised 300k for Machiavellico.
