She is also Independent Director & Board Member at NIKE and was the CEO of GILT (sold to HBC), Ex-CEO of TRAVELOCITY & Ex-CMO of CITI. Michelle was one of the youngest CEO's in U.S history & was awarded the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2002.
