Paul Bostick is an American businessman who brought his dreams to life in Novi Sad, Serbia, with his IT company, TechBear. With an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin, a master's degree from Columbia University, Paul brings an extensive set of knowledge on entrepreneurship and success. It was in college that Paul first started focusing on using technology to grow small businesses and understanding ways to increase efficiency, something that he's still passionate about today.

Before founding TechBear in 2014, Paul worked in New York for Savills Studley and Brentler, two commercial real estate agencies that allowed him to spend time with many inspiring small business clients. Just over 5 years later, Paul has grown his company to have 19 employees, 18 of them Serbian and 1 American, besides himself. A team that's dedicated to using the WordPress platform to create functional websites for organizations of all sizes, TechBear is the perfect example of working hard to achieve success.

Although easy to focus on growth above all else, Paul encourages his team daily to keep their eyes on the sustainable business practices, not the short term. He has learned that building something real that generates profit is the best way to ensure financial success and company growth. Excited to share with the Novi Sad community and all the lessons learned over the years, Paul looks forward to speaking with the community of Startup Grind Novi Sad.
