About this event

Even Tangen Heggernes joined Airbnb in 2011 as Head of Sales & Business Development in the Nordics & Netherlands and spearheaded Airbnb’s entry into the Scandinavian markets, the launch of an office in Copenhagen and built and lead a dedicated team. In 2013 Heggernes moved to London to head up Airbnb in the UK & Ireland and was instrumental in leading the local team of 15 employees and successfully building out and solidifying one of Airbnb’s top markets & communities – London. The summer of 2014 Heggernes moved closer to his Norwegian roots and rejoined the team in Copenhagen – this time as Country Manager for the Nordics & Netherlands.
