Chemi Peres is a Managing General Partner and Co-Founder of Pitango.
In 1992, he founded the Mofet Israel Technology Fund, an Israeli venture capital fund publicly traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Prior to Mofet, Chemi held managerial positions at Decision Systems Israel (DSI). Chemi served as a pilot in the Israeli Air Force for 10 years.
Chemi has served on the boards of several NASDAQ companies, such as AudioCodes, BackWeb, Magic Software Enterprises, Aladdin, VocalTec, Orckit Communications and Koor Industries, among others.
He currently serves on the boards of numerous Pitango portfolio companies.
Chemi also serves as a board member in several non-for-profit organizations. He is chairman of the Peres center for Peace, board member at Social Finance Israel and serves on the board of Governors of The Jewish Diaspora Museum.
He holds BSc. degree in Industrial Engineering and MBA from Tel Aviv University

Patrik Berglund is the CEO and Co-Founder of Oslo-based Xeneta, the leading price comparison platform for containerized freight transforming the shipping and logistics industry with data analytics. Berglund, a logistics and tech-enthusiast, possesses a true passion to modernize business processes related to logistics procurement and the supply chain. He has in-depth logistics and transportation experience from several years at Kuehne + Nagel in various roles and also as Co-Founder of Nordilog, a logistics consultancy firm.
Founded in 2012, Berglund has grown Xeneta to be the top worldwide source comparing shipping rates against the market average, market highs and lows, ultimately transforming companies’ logistics procurement with actionable data intelligence. Berglund was the recipient of the 2016 Lloyd's List Next Generation in Shipping award.
Silvija is an independent advisor, investor and board member. She now works as a managing director in a private investment company TechnoRocks, focusing on strategic projects in technology, media and telecommunications, as well as an industrial advisor with several private equity and venture capital funds.
Silvija now serves as a Board Director of Nordea Bank AB, Syncron International AB, Academedia AB, and Enoro Holding AS. She has previously worked as the Director of Business Management at Microsoft, and as Vice President of Product Marketing at Fast Search & Transfer ASA. Dr. Seres holds a Ph.D. in Mathematical Sciences from Oxford University, MSc in Information Technology from University of Oslo and an M.B.A. from INSEAD.
She has worked as a Professor in Saudi Arabia at Dar al Hekma Univeristy, and as a researcher at the Chinese Academy of Sciences and at DEC SRC in Silicon Valley.
Based in Oslo, Andy Chen is CEO of Weorder Hospitality Technologies, an Oslo-based Nordic leader in providing eCommerce middleware for restaurants, POS systems and payment providers. Weorder enables any mobile apps to connect with POS systems to facilitate mobile ordering and payment.
Andy is also currently the Nordic venture partner for Vectr Ventures in Hong Kong, specifically focused on investing in Nordic tech companies with ambitions to expand into Asia. Prior to Vectr Ventures and Weorder, he was most recently the CEO of Aspiro Group and founder CEO of TIDAL, a hi-fi mobile streaming technology company listed in NASDAQ Stockholm which was acquired by RocNation/JayZ in 2015.
Prior to Aspiro Group, Andy was the CEO of Preview Networks (acquired in 2013 by Rightster), a venture-backed B2B content syndication and advertising platform in Europe, and also the VP of digital for MTV International, responsible for all digital sales, strategy and product. Andy has spent many years with Aegis Media as the Global Director of Digital Strategy for Carat and Isobar in London and San Francisco.
Andy currently serves on the World Economic Forum as global advisory council for media and technology. He is an active angel investor and advisor to venture and private equity firms. He holds a triple B.A. degree in Architecture, City Planning and Scandinavian Cultures from University of California, Berkeley in the US, and an MBA from Stockholm University, Sweden.
