Marianne has spent most of her adult life living and working abroad, building businesses across several fields, from winter sports to graphic design. She is now back in Oslo - creating her latest venture, VIBBIO, together with co-founder Stine Norum.

Their journey includes making quick decisions, testing, failing and learning – and most days include a complete lack of any type of comfort zone.

CEO Marianne Bratt Ricketts will talk about how video is taking over the online space, and how they have worked with creating their own smart video concept from scratch, and are now also starting to build their own video technology.

Video-tech company VIBBIO has gone from 2 to 14 employees in just over a year, and has recently opened an office in Copenhagen.
