Roxana Lissa has been a thought leader in class consumer communications and has fostered strong relationships with Fortune 200 and 500 brands interested in reaching the Hispanic and General market through media relations, social influencers, events and activations, community relations and public affairs. With over 20 years of earned media experience, Roxana brings a results-driven work ethic and a relentless enthusiasm that she infuses in every project she touches. Before joining Sensis, Roxana founded RL Public Relations (RLPR), a bi-coastal, full-service agency that specialized in the growing Latino market in the U.S. Over her award-winning tenure at RLPR, Roxana served as lead multicultural PR agency strategist and official external spokesperson for brands such as Nike, Miller Coors, Verizon Wireless, General Mills, Ford, and Tenet Healthcare. She earned her B.A. in Public Relations and Communications from the Universidad Argentina de la Empresa.
In her current role, Roxana heads up Sensis’ Amplification department, which combines both traditional public relations with forward-thinking social media content to further amplify content that remains relevant in today’s rapidly changing multicultural landscape. Our team firmly believes that consumers are the new megaphones of our culture and it is crucial to capture their voices accurately in our messaging. As such, our Amplification department includes not only seasoned media relations experts and journalistic copywriters, but also an in-house content development team that includes content strategists, influencer managers, bloggers, graphic designers, video producers/animators, and content curators. In her daily duties, Roxana handles earned media activity across all four offices of Sensis, ranging from strategy to content development, campaign management, community engagement, press relations, social media management, and reporting.
