Kisha heads the academic relations and internship programs at Infosys including the global internship program, InStep, with an intake of 250 interns from over 50 nationalities every year. Her work includes designing and executing the entire framework of Infosys’ relationship with global academia. In addition to brand building and creating a strong network of students, professors, deans and chancellors from the top 200 universities in the world. Under Kisha’s leadership, the program has grown to become the number 1 internship in the world by Vault Inc.

In addition to this Kisha has worked on numerous international university collaborations, research papers and case studies, patents, and international publications. She is also responsible for running social media campaigns, designing brand content and strategy for all international university relationships.

Being the brand ambassador for Infosys, she has represented Infosys at over 400 international events in 37 different countries. Apart from work, Kisha is into designing spaces and has redesigned multiple Infosys offices to convert them into agile workspaces. She strongly believes in the art of expression, has been associated with various theatre groups and acted in a few short films. Storytelling is one of her passions and she has been recognized time and again for it. Kisha has been associated with multiple organizations working towards gender quality and women empowerment. She strongly believes that gender equality is not a choice it is a necessity for any organization to succeed.

Animal welfare is a cause she is closely associated with and works with over 60 NGOs worldwide to support reforestation, anti-poaching efforts, rehabilitation of misplaced wildlife, and more. Considering her contributions, she has been awarded by the Times of India group as the Economic Times Young Leader, a national level award that celebrates India's most promising young leaders.
