I run a marketing and distribution company that deals in the sale and distribution of cosmetics all over Gujarat. Having inherited the business from my father immediately after finishing college, I was faced with a fresh slate of challenges owing to my lack of experience and the intense competition within the industry. My company has managed to retain our supremacy despite these challenges and is a preferred logistics and marketing partner for most brands. Our strength lies in the strong network of dealers that we have carefully established over the years, and our quick, efficient and timely service. I believe that business is primarily a positive sum game and that people can mutually benefit from each other with sincere communication and a problem-solving mindset.

I'm working with our family-owned business, The Window Bay. My job is to head the Window design/quote department and digital sales i.e leads generated through social media portals.Working with The Window Bay is quite challenging for me. It was right before lockdown in 2020 that I started applying for jobs in educational institutions. I wasn’t sure when would things get back to normal and in the meantime our office was facing manpower issues which made me change my decision to join the office to streamline operations.Having my education in commerce background, the designing department was quite challenging as its related to engineering. But thanks to my husband & family, they were supportive and guided me. Gradually I’m learning something new every day and that keeps me motivated to take on the responsibilities assigned to me and create a positive impact in our company.
