Lynn Douthett has been the District Director of the U.S. Small Business Administration's North Carolina District Office since 2010 and worked at the SBA since 1997.

Lynn will discuss her career at the SBA as well as her road to becoming a small business owner. She began her career in banking and then opened her own interior design company in Charlotte, NC before beginning her career with the SBA.
