Startup Grind Politehnica University of Timisoara's third event is an informal fireside chat with Radu Milos, alumnus of our university and CTO & Founder of Elysian Software, a personalized software company born in Timisoara, with clients all over Europe.

Radu Milos graduated Computer Science from the Politehnica University of Timisoara, having also experienced an Erasmus scholarship in France. After years of international experience working in France, Belgium and Austria, Radu decided to share his knowledge and build up a strong team of engineering rocks-stars in Elysian Software. 

We will talk about the way strong technical knowledge needs to blend with good social skills, fast understanding of different business domains and empathy towards the customer in order to keep us efficient and outpace the competition.
