As the world catapults itself into a slump and adjusts to the ‘new normal’, it becomes imperative for us to self-evaluate our temperament. Our daily routines have changed unprecedentedly, and we have been obliged to adapt and pull-through. Every plan remains uncertain and accordingly, mental health plays a strong role in keeping it together when the winds are not in favor. Mental health stigma has pre-existed in our societies, but in recent times the awareness is reaching peaks. And it only goes on to prove the seriousness of the matter. We firmly believe a change starts from within; a strong outlook and a positive venture can conquer kingdoms. We are pleased to have Ms. Shalmali Jadhav, Founder of Empathy For You, joining us for an exclusive session on how mental health resonates in sound personal and professional lives. The event is scheduled as part of #SGVirtual on 30th July 2020, 5:30 IST onwards. About Our Guest: Ms. Shalmali Jadhav is the founder of a nonprofit initiative, Empathy For You, working to spread awareness about mental health and suicide prevention.
