About Paras:

Paras is a Community Enthusiast. He has been working in the Community Management domain for the past 4 years now. He started his journey with a Community of Community Builders in India called Community Folks. With Community Folks, he was able to launch other domain communities like The Product Folks, Growth Folks, The Test Tribe, Data Folks, etc. These are content-driven online & offline communities with active chapters pan India. Apart from that, he has been consulting brands into community strategies and training Community Managers. He was also leading Facebook Community Leaders Program for the Bangalore region to support Group Admins & community builders. He has got a good hold on Developer Communities in Bangalore through the Microsoft Reactor Bangalore program he is currently leading. Overall his work has been towards the upliftment of the community management domain in India and to provide support to the community builders. 

About Keerthi:

Mr. Keerthi Kadam has over 15 years of Industry and Startup experience. He is a serial entrepreneur. He believes in community building and is a big advocate of value addition. He is the Editor-Director of Pune Open Coffee Club- An Open Community for Startups. He is the Founder and CEO of Myyn Tech Pvt Ltd- A Company that is working on Futuristic Technology.

We will be discussing building communities, engaging and maintaining them, the importance of community building.
