He was recognized as being one of the top talent in Africa and considered for a Barclays Africa senior leadership role to lead the 11 countries in Africa before he left to pursue his journey as an entrepreneur. During his stay with Barclays Group he has earned many awards including the most highly sought after Barclays Africa CEO award for the design and implementation of a Competency Framework for the whole of Africa. This framework was instrumental in the implementation of talent management, the Global Hiring Framework and Performance Management Transformation. The high quality of his deliverables has allowed Barclays to receive two global distinctions in talent management and employer of choice for two consecutive years.
This year he has been conferred the 101 Top Global Training & Development Minds award by the World HR Congress as a reflection of his professional achievement and for being a thought leader in HR and a contributor of value. This award will be conferred to him in an international event that will be hosted in India in February 2019.
He currently provides consultancy in Strategic Human Resources Management Consulting and Leadership and Behavioural learning solutions to local and global firms having their footprint in Africa and the Middle East.
He is a DDI UK certified global corporate facilitator with more than 20 years of experience facilitating in Europe, Africa and Mauritius in global companies.
Besides his MPhil from University of Paris XIII, he is Certified UCT Integral Coach. Certified Talent Economist and also has an impressive portfolio of qualifications and professional certifications and awards from world wide leading institutions. He is a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (USA)
