About this event

What is the difference between marketing and branding?

When does marketing end and branding begin?

What are the challenges and pitfalls in creating a brand?

Join us on a journey with Jared Cullop of JCI Marketing as we discuss the ride from a marketing company back in 2005 that grew in revenues over $250,000,000 and then new moment of clarity which brought about the boutique marketing firm JCI!

Jared is a unique, though very proven marketing executive. Though his formal education is in marketing, Jared quickly found that he was truly a highly gifted salesman, and thus pursued a sales position in the incredibly competitive luxury real estate market during the "boom" from 2001 to 2007. Regardless of the competition, Jared always found himself atop each and every sales board. After years of this, he was recruited to develop sales pitches for many companies, training their sales teams. From there, his unshakeable end-customer-focus brought such an empathic understanding of most markets that he formed a marketing company to offer clients the execution of the ideas that he would bring to the table.

That company is JCI Marketing, which in five short years has made a huge name for itself globally, serving clients throughout Europe, Israel, Asia, and almost completely throughout North America. Jared led JCI to a staggering 63.2% growth from 2015 (year 4) to 2016 (year 5).

In contrast to his first marketing company, which saw annual gross revenues as high at $140MM per year and had well over 100 employees, JCI is more of a boutique firm with a focus on excellence in both outward execution and internal culture. Since forming JCI in 2011, his laser focus has been to only grow the company as fast as he can grow leaders, often referring to his desire for JCI to be a "Leader Garden".

* Jared is a professional leader, using encouragement, transparency, and his loving and fun personality to bring out the best in everyone surrounding him.

* Goal-driven, Jared uses goals to motivate his team by setting an array of goals of varying difficulties within a project, allowing his teams to develop momentum as they celebrate each goal, pushing through to the finish line ahead of schedule, under budget, and well above client expectations.

* He is an engaging speaker, traveling as far as Poland to bring a hopeful, aggressive mindset to business owners worldwide.

* You can learn a lot by what people have read. Here are Jared's reads: https://jcimarketing.com/jared#books-jared-has-read
