am currently running two main projects with TCSE:
1) MedUP! Tunisia (Promoting social entrepreneurship in the Mediterranean region):
The project has the objective to increase economic inclusiveness and employment in targeted countries by: (i) promoting country and cross-country policy and advocacy initiatives and public-private dialogue to create an enabling regulatory and policy environments (macro level); (ii) reinforcing 60 social entrepreneurship support organizations through capacity-building and networking activities (meso level); (iii) providing financial and technical support to 100 social enterprises (micro level) in the following countries: Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Palestine and Tunisia.
2) F.L.A.G (Femmes, Leadership, Appui, et Gestion / Women, Leadership, Support, Management):
The project aims to improve women's economic empowerment and equitable participation in Tunisia's economic growth.

My main responsibilities are:
1) The design and development of projects and programs:
- Prospecting and sharing funding opportunities
- Concepting project proposals and programs.
- Developing the project and program budgets
- Supporting the Executive Director in fundraising and finding partners
- Supporting the Executive Director on the monitoring and evaluation of programs/projects.
2) Project and program management
- Developing action plans and activity planning with the team
- Coordinating activities and monitoring of results
- Working on team support, conflict resolution, overcoming difficulties
- Developing terms of reference for consultants
- Prospecting and recruitment of consultants
- Creating and updating databases of consultants and service providers
- Reporting documents of the team and consultants.
- Writing reports to TCSE board and partners

Afef Ajengui est la responsable de programme du Centre Tunisien de l'entrepreneuriat social depuis mai 2019 et la fellow du Legacy International 2019. Elle était l'ancienne chef de projet du premier et le plus grand espace de coworking tunisien "Cogite" où elle a fortement contribué à la création d'une nouvelle communauté d'entrepreneurs, innovateurs, et coworkers en Tunisie. Elle est également très active dans l'écosystème entrepreneurial en Afrique du nord et Moyen-orient depuis 2013.
