Asset tokenization increases investment opportunities, eliminates temporal and territorial barriers for asset owners, effectively reduces entry barriers for trading and investing, enhances liquidity of assets and the ease of transactions. It can provide additional security advantages and reduce the risk of scams or frauds.

Tokenization is simply splitting an asset into however many little parts you want – tokens!

Imagine you own a small café in Plovdiv – you need investment to make your dream big but you don’t want to bury yourself into debt or have to compromise your independence to big investors. You could tokenize 50% of your business shares and sell those tokens to the community you serve – engaging a strong community and an awesome way to find plenty of investments, as small as 5lv. Or imagine you are a bright young student, whose monthly savings are 50lv. With traditional markets – 50lv is impossible to invest but with asset tokenization, we can democratize the market and include ‘regular’ people, invest and be money-smart, no matter how small their investment!
