Validated Learning - The Lean Startup Method with Denise McKenzie

About this event

Join us as we chat with Denise about Launching a New Enterprise using a methodology called the “lean start-up.” Denise will share with us how this method favors experimentation over elaborate planning, customer feedback over intuition, and iterative design over traditional “big design up front” development. Whether you have a tech start-up or a small business, the process has traditionally been a hit-or-miss proposition. An old startup formula consists of, writing a business plan, pitch it to investors, assemble a team, introduce a product, and start selling as hard as you can.

It's time to learn about Launching a New Enterprise using the “lean start-up” methodology.
