A passion for construction has always been in Tanner's blood. The puzzle of taking a project from start to finish has intrigued him from a young age, and if you ask Tanner what his favorite part of the construction business is, he'll tell you that no two projects are the same, and he's always chasing a new challenge around the corner. The funny thing is, he'll tell you the same thing if you ask him about his other passion - mountain biking.
Tanner's construction portfolio is diverse, crossing the line between commercial and residential projects. He recently completed Red Rock Apartments, a 258-unit attainable housing project, off Washington Parkway and Telegraph.
Prior to launching his own construction firm, Tanner was a key project manager and collaborator in the 185-unit Desert Village Townhomes project in Santa Clara.
Tanner leverages the same innovative process for projects of all scopes and sizes, and his team holds themselves to a standard of excellence that they hope will become a legacy. Success in today's construction industry takes more than the technical skills necessary to build a quality product - it also requires creative problem solving, a long-term vision, and excellent collaboration skills. Tanner has been sharpening these skills for years, leading to the development of Strata Construction.
