12 ноября сообщество Startup Grind в Петербурге проводит встречу с эстонским предпринимателем Мартином Рэндом, агротех-эдвайзером. Мартин основал VitalFields Farm Management System и руководил коммерческим отделом компании Climate Corporation в Европе.

Мартин расскажет о своем опыте создания компании VitalFields, формировании команды, привлечении инвестиций и процессе выхода основателей из компании (в 2016 году VitalFields была приобретена корпорацией Climate Corporation). После выхода из стартапа Мартин руководил коммерческим отделом Climate Corporation в Европе и участвовал в запуске одного из ведущих продуктов в агротехе — Climate FieldView.

Startup Grind St. Petersburg hosts Martin Rand, digital agriculture adviser, on the 12th of November. Martin is the founder of VitalFields Farm Management System and ex Commercial Lead for Europe for the Climate Corporation.

Martin has always been passionate about the intersection of agriculture and digital. In 2003 he led the creation of the Mobile Inspecting System for farm compliance inspection in Estonia. Martin has worked for Skype as a Product Manager creating simplest and most efficient IP communication software. He also co-founded VitalFields a pan European Farm Management System for farm compliance reporting (Acquired by Climate Corporation in 2016). He has also been the Commercial Lead for Europe at the Climate Corporation, launching one of the leading digital products in agriculture Climate FieldView in Europe.
