When Talkspace first launched it was a completely different product. After several months of barely any interaction on the platform, the team knew they had failed to build something that would open up access to mental health care for ALL people. After a surprising insight learned from the customer service department, the team completely scrapped the original idea and relaunched Talkspace in a completely new format. That was the ticket to success - since then, Talkspace has served more than 1 million people.
