Emily Morehouse-Valcarcel is the Co-Founder and Director of Engineering at Cuttlesoft. Emily’s knack for solving complex problems with grace is Cuttlesoft's North Star. Her breadth of skills and experiences gives Cuttlesoft a significant competitive advantage. She holds undergraduate degrees in Computer Science, Computer Criminology, and Theatre with minors in Mathematics and Psychology.
Frank Valcarcel, Co-Founder and Director of Operations at Cuttlesoft, is a born entrepreneur with over a decade of practical IT experience. Frank has helped lead Cuttlesoft to two states and 10x growth in just 3 years. That doesn’t mean that he doesn’t get his hands dirty. As a Fullstack developer and systems expert, Frank likes to roll up his sleeves and get to work. His motto; “Iterate towards perfection” is emblazoned on the company’s masthead and in their team’s minds.
