Jake earned his Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude, in Political Science and Business from Florida State
University in December of 2001, and his Juris Doctorate from The FSU College of Law in December of 2004. Jake
has previously served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Florida State University, and as a partner at Williams,
Gautier, Gwynn, DeLoach & Kiker, P.A., he regularly assists financial institutions, businesses and individuals in
corporate organization, regulatory compliance, commercial real estate, contract and governance matters, including
business finance and sales/acquisitions/mergers.
In addition to his business law practice, Jake is a co-founder of both Domi Station and TLH Arts, Inc., a member of
Leadership Tallahassee Class 28, and served as a Knight Creative Communities Institute Catalyst. He is a board
member of the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce, serves on the seven-member Leadership Council for the Office
of Economic Vitality, and has been recognized as Tallahassee’s top young professional under 40 in the field of
Government Relations and Law.
