Founder & CEO
Thomas co-founded the Webinfluence Group in 2007, establishing first a network of entertainment related websites servicing the online advertiser market. On the strength of its success, the Group subsequently launched its own real-time advertising trading platform Adcash®, providing effective scalable advertising solutions to brand advertisers and content publishers.
Under Thomas’ leadership, Adcash® quickly became one of the topmost providers of monetization and advertising solutions on the European Web scene. Having accomplished that, he actively pursued an international expansion strategy focused on increasing the network’s global presence, enhancing key partnerships and further developing the platform.
Through his innovative approach to digital marketing and visionary business strategy, Adcash® is today one of the fastest growing startups in the Baltics, achieving quintuple-digit revenue growth since its inception.
Through the Group’s activities, Thomas also actively invests in seed stage tech startups, especially in the e-commerce and mobile application sector.
In 2013, Thomas was nominated among the top five Estonian finalists for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year Award.
