Her entrepreneurial journey began when she left her job to pursue her dream, she knew that her calling is to be an entrepreneur. She attended a waste management programme hosted by Pick It Up and Proudly SA. During the programme she discovered the opportunities within the waste management industry and her journey began.
In her journey she has grown to become one of the most recognized waste management company. Her orgnisation has expanded to providing waste management programmes, were they have shared knowledge to 200 to 250 learners. Got Paper has partnered and collaborated with big entities in solving their waste problems.

She is young, intelligent, vigorous, smart and possess a strong business character. After years of working in the corporate world, Lelo Rammitloa quit her job to pursue her dream and later nominated as an ABSA Game Changer. Deep down, she knew her calling is to be an entrepreneur. She did a intensive research and discovered that up to 90% of the companies in her surroundings do not recycle.

In one year of operation the company won the Green Youth Indaba Innovators Pitch and was the runner up in the Shell Accelerate Her Programme. Her business has been featured in various media publications (Destiny Magazine, Soweto TV, SA FM, Radio 702).
Lelo is certified in Business and Entrepreneurship development obtained at Unisa and a YALI cohort 12 Alumni. She has been nominated as an ABSA Game Changer. Lelo is devoted to implementing innovative solutions that affect the environment and achieve high waste recovery rates.

Lelo Rammitloa recently won the Innovators Pitch at the 4th Annual Green Youth Indaba held during youth month in Johannesburg, Sci-Bono. She started her company about a year ago after attending an expo on waste management and after research she found that up to 90% of the companies in her surrounding area (Protea Glen) in Soweto do not recycle and spotted a gap. Since embarking on her journey she has achieved great success against all odds.
