Once a year in May, Startup Grind hosts #SGWomen Leaders Month, contemptuously recognizing the accomplishments of successful women leaders all over the world. These women are founders, directors, venture capitalists, engineers, CEO's representing our communities.

CHANGING THE GAME

Lelo Rammitloa is the founder of Got Paper

 A company that recovers and recycles waste paper to sell and runs awareness programs on recycling for scholars. A company with a vision of diverting all waste from landfill sites through innovative methods. 

Her entrepreneurial journey began when she left her job to pursue her dream, she knew that her calling is to be an entrepreneur. She attended a waste management programme hosted by Pick It Up and Proudly SA. During the programme she discovered the opportunities within the waste management industry and her journey began.

In her journey she has grown to become one of the most recognized waste management company. Her orgnisation has expanded to providing waste management programmes, were they have shared knowledge to 200 to 250 learners. Got Paper has partnered and collaborated with big entities in solving their waste problems.
