In 2014, I made the leap towards the entrepreneurship space, learning alongside a diverse cast from nascent innovators and entrepreneurs turned angel investors to industry experts and ESHIP ecosystem builders across the globe. I am passionate about building entrepreneurial communities for the new majority through strategic collaborations and filling gaps in entrepreneurial services.
I leverage my 10 years of inspiring brand, interactive marketing and community building experience to help people and companies nurture relationships, tie their efforts to ROI, and accelerate revenue. Every year, my goals change to create impact. My interactive marketing agency BloomShift has a mission to double the size of 500 small businesses by 2023, providing diverse initiatives from Small Business Technical Assistance to Business Development and Entrepreneurship (ESHIP) Ecosystem building.

Richard Rothstein started in retail sales in high school selling mattresses with his father. After college and some more retail experience he made the move to business to business sales at NewsUSA and has been steadily performing above quota ever since.
Richard was the youngest and fastest rising vice president in company history. After two years as vice president of sales, Rothstein was promoted to Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Before his promotion, NewsUSA was a media company based very heavily on print newspaper placements for its clients. Richard Rothstein successfully managed the transition to more modern digitally focused company. This included creating several new products and revising and re-branding older offerings.
Mr. Rothstein also created new digital marketing campaigns including facebook ads, linkedin ads, google ads and SEO.
During this time, Richard has created several successful sales teams leading to record months for himself and the team.
These days, Richard Rothstein has over 15 years experience in sales and marketing at all levels of responsibility. He is the CEO and Founder of Rothstein Consulting where he helps startups and professional services firms with their sales processes, marketing programs, and recruiting efforts.
