Startup Grind University of Glasgow and Glasgow University Entrepreneurship Society present Joan Kangro!

Joan is a CEO and founder of Kingdom Technologies, a start-up developing a robotic lawn mower for large terrains. The developed product has multiple advantages over the current state of the art, including a significantly improved efficiency, cutting quality, installation and safety. Kingdom Technologies has secured a total funding of over £60,000 and is expected to start trading within 2019.

Joan has a Master’s degree in mechatronics and has worked as a scientist in the field of humanoid robotics. He has previously been a founder of Gym Diary, a start-up that developed a fitness application for working out in the gym.
