Luke Gniwecki is a product professional with 10+ years of experience including 5+ years of building products in the crypto and blockchain space. His past experience includes launching a token at a crypto startup, working at a blockchain R&D company and later heading the product department at Boson Protocol. Luke is now the founder of Metaverski, a Web3 and Metaverse product consultancy. He is advising the most promising start-ups and scale-ups in Web3 and the Metaverse. Previously Luke was Head of Product at Boson Protocol and CUDOS.
An Coppens is the Chief Game Changer at Gamification Nation & My G Nation where with the agency they offer gamification design solutions to clients worldwide and with our software company are actively working on a metaverse for work to help create a positive team culture for hybrid and remote teams, both good for performance as well as human needs. The long-term view is to create Nation and fully decentralized economic community with My G Nation, whilst using the software as a service as a starting point, bridging web 2.0 and web 3.0.

Emily Rose Dallara is a dynamic marketing leader. The majority of her career has been in Blockchain and Cryptocurrency, previously Bitcoin.com, Liquid, OKEx. She is a marketing advisor for multiple social impact projects in the space and leads marketing incubation and IDO marketing strategy for SL2. She is also CMO of Polygen- a Decentralised launchpad on Polygon.

Bridget Greenwood is the founder of The Bigger Pie, an award winning organisation focused on supporting women in blockchain and emerging tech. As women represent less than 10% of those involved in this sector we focus our efforts on supporting the incredibly talented and pioneering #womeninblockchain.
Bridget is a firm believer of having more women involved with the design, development and deployment and decommissioning of tech solutions.
Bridget has worked with different actors in the blockchain economy since 2017, both retail facing and servicing institutional clients, gaining an insight into the market place, challenges, pitfalls, regulation and breadth of projects and businesses in this rapidly evolving space.
She is also co-founder with Dr Amber Ghaddar at The 200Bn Club, an accelerator programme to help female led start ups match successfully with investors.
