Tuesday, December 8, 2020, 5:15 – 6:00 PM UTC

Kate Kuehl will share her journey as a woman founder in the tech industry and also her experience as a student entrepreneur and lessons she wants to share as she started Mobineo when she was a student at the University of Minnesota.

About this event

Kate Kuehl is a software engineer and a true entrepreneur at heart. She is an alumnus of the Unversity of Minnesota where she started her business, Mobineo, and has a plethora of knowledge about the right resources that the students can use towards their business while they are still in college.

Mobineo is a blockchain-based, GPS assisted land surveying, and information management system. The platform services all aspects of the land administration process, from creating geospatial surveys in the field to maintaining and managing digital records in the office.

As a CEO of Mobineo she wears all sorts of hats be it a project manager, a UX researcher, a front-end programmer, accounting, reviewing articles, you name it. She is doing an amazing job leading the team of Mobineo to success.

In her own words, this is what inspired her to start Mobineo:-
"I was talking to a widow who lost her land due to poor documentation. I realized that when you live off the land, the land is your life and poor documentation can inhibit your ability to access your rights."

Let's learn more about her journey and her experiences together over this Fireside chat event.
