Marketing involves thinking of your business in terms of customer needs and satisfaction.
Businesses only thrive by understanding their customers and using marketing strategies to meet their needs. Today’s consumers are overwhelmed by promotional ‘noise’ (in both on and off-line environments), so it’s essential that your message is the one that ‘cuts through’.
Many entrepreneurs struggle with marketing their businesses, products and services.

With 25 years experience in marketing and having successfully run her company BSK Marketing, she will impart her knowledge and give nuggets to entrepreneurs on how to position their brands.
Join us on this heated discussion as she will touch on critical points relating to marketing your product and service;
• Market research
• Identifying what makes your business unique
• Developing your brand
• Setting your marketing goals and budget
• Keeping your loyal customers
