Andrew is CEO of Optimal Workshop, makers of the world’s best discovery tools for creating better human experiences. Used by information architects, designers and user experience practitioners around the world, Optimal Workshop has been a big player in the New Zealand Startup Scene for over 10 years.

Andrew’s day job sees him leading the strategic growth of Optimal Workshop, which is set to become an even bigger role as the company expands its team into the US. He is also actively involved in the information architecture and user experience communities in New Zealand and abroad.

Prior to Optimal Workshop, Andrew was the Founder of CEO of Spikefin, an award-winning PoS software firm whose technology was subsequently acquired in 2009. Spikefin was one of the first CreativeHQ incubator graduates.

Andrew is also famous for his obscure hilarious tweets.
