Ivo Spigel Co-founder and board member of Perpetuum Mobile, a software and IT services company based in Zagreb, Croatia. His particular topic of interest are European startup founders & entrepreneurs who are making waves on the global high tech scene, about which he is writing a book. They are also to blame for his involvement as a cofounder and contributing editor in Tech.eu. One of the co-founders of the first startup incubator in Croatia - ZIP. ZIP - Zagrebački Inkubator Poduzetništva (Zagreb Entrepreneurship Incubator) was founded with the goal of helping aspiring entrepreneurs from the region of Southeastern Europe build their companies.
