Startup Grind is looking for a new addition to our Success team.
The right person is experienced in business development and has a successful track record of generating leads through creative marketing tactics. In this position, you’ll play a vital role in establishing meaningful connections between our Startup Members and Startup Grind Partners, based on each stakeholder’s unique needs, and maximizing the number of business opportunities between them. We work with Oracle, AWS, Twilio, Amex, and many others in order to enable our startups through their growth. You will be talking to a lot of different people across varying industries to better understand their backgrounds and pain points, focusing on solving the root of problems and facilitating lasting partnerships that scale.
You’re highly empathetic, data-driven, and can think on your feet. You already know what startups need and thrive on taking ownership of projects from start to finish. You bring a wealth of knowledge and best practices and are excited to share what you know to make our community stronger. You are highly organized, creative, and have acute attention to detail.
As a Partner Growth Manager, you will be responsible for creating meaningful connections between the Startup Members within our community and Startup Grind Partners. Success is measured by how many quality leads you bring to our partners. The day-to-day of this role includes, but is not limited to:
