  • Working cross-functionally with the Events and Marketing Teams to help organize, publish & promote relevant content for Partners to our Startup Members.
  • Interfacing regularly with Partners through email, phone, and Zoom for kickoff calls and check-ins to review fulfillment needs, aiming to ensure an 80+% renewal rate on all partnerships year-on-year.
  • Tracking data and metrics against deliverables throughout a sponsorship or campaign, preparing for monthly reviews and Partner recaps.
  • Ensuring deliverables are met, expectations are clear and met, and all parties are satisfied.
  • Creating and owning highly-organized deliverables calendars & documents for all partners.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Team to lead campaigns and community marketing efforts in order to drive leads, conversions, and continuously add value for our Partners.
  • Organizing proposals, contracts, and invoices to keep the Partnership Success Management platforms up-to-date.
  • Represent the voice of our Startups and Partners across the company and influence business leaders to drive continual company-wide improvements.
