She has 4 years of experience within NGOs in Bosnia and Herzegovina where she applied strong leadership and analytical skills to inform young professionals of key trends and transform local communities by empowering youth potential. Currently, she works as Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Facilitator in Bosnia and Herzegovina and tries to contribute to the community by empowering key start-up actors and organization in their aim to develop young businesses and start-ups.
