A native of Savannah, Patrick Bentley was raised in the Hudson Hill Community in West Savannah , attended Benedictine Military School and went on to become an alumnus of Morehouse College, Entrepreneur and Community Philanthropist. Patrick is currently the Emerging industries Project Manager at Savannah Economic Development Authority. There, he works with technology-based and creative-design companies who are interested in locating to the area. Prior to joining SEDA, Patrick was the founder of both a tech-based non-profit to benefit kids in the urban community appropriately named the Urban STEM Academy. Patrick also has a web development company, Acacia Development. Patrick’s primary role is being a single-father to his son Patrick Jr. In addition to his achievements, Patrick is a member of the Metropolitan Rotary Club of Savannah and 100 Black Men of Savannah,
