About Me

Senior professional with over 12 years of progressive management experience, including leading multi-faceted technical and donor-funded projects. Salah is the is the local host for Global Entrepreneurship Week Initiative in Palestine, a yearly celebration of entrepreneurship, held globally each November. As the Palestine host, Salah leads a week-long series of events organized by dozens of partners and targeting thousands of participants throughout the West Bank and Gaza. Most recently, Salah was the Country Director of BEEADEE, which aimed to support entrepreneurial development in the southern West Bank through the creation of an incubator, incorporating entrepreneurship education at the university-level, and community-level support to small businesses and youth. Previously, Salah was the CEO of BADER ICT incubator and the ICT HUB at Rawabi City, Palestine's first master-planned city. Salah also has nearly a decade of experience managing information systems projects in Europe and the Middle East. In 2013, Salah co-founded Advanced Technologies for Business (ATB), a firm specialized in providing software solutions to a variety of clients in Palestine, in the retail and hospitality industries, including to major international chains. Salah is a frequent mentor and coach to other Palestinian entrepreneurs, and has helped organize events such as Garage48, AngelHack, Startup Weekend, and Get in the Ring. Salah holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Polytechnic University of Milan, in Italy.
