Shilpi is Co-Founder & CEO of Kvantum, a marketing performance analytics company. Shilpi holds a M.S. in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and MBA from UC Davis. Prior to co-founding, Shilpi spent 15+ years in strategic consulting, M&A and product development. While advising companies like Adobe, Microsoft, McAfee; Shilpi built a foundation of what it takes to build, scale and sell software as-a service business. In last 4 years, Shilpi has grown Kvantum from $0 to multi-million dollar business while creating a high performance driven & customer focused culture. Shilpi mentors/advises many startups globally and is a Director of StartupGrind Fremont chapter. She is a regular contributor to Inc., TheNextWeb, Women2.0, and SmallBizTrends.

Andrew Ponec is the co-founder and CEO of Dragonfly Systems, a solar technology company spun out from Stanford’s electrical engineering department. Dragonfly Systems develops small electronics devices that improve efficiency and reduce installation costs for large commercial and utility-scale solar power installations.
