Todd is a growth strategist, startup advocate, business advisor, and greater Cincinnati community builder. He has worked with companies in all stages including initial inception, growth, acquisition, and scale up. Todd has facilitated growth and/or advised 14 different companies resulting in $17 million in capital raised, 3 successful acquisitions, and accelerated revenue growth in multiple companies to achieve revenue-based incentives post-acquisition. Todd was a founding member of Losant, a Cincinnati based Internet of Things developer platform, where he led growth strategy in launching the company and product, as well as building the initial user community and customer pipeline. Prior to serving as a growth strategist, Todd spent several extended tours of duty growing brands in corporate America, including leadership roles focused on product, marketing, business development, and strategic partnerships in companies including GE, J&J, and Luxottica. Todd also serves as Director of Startup Grind Cincinnati. He has served as the lead instigator, supporter, and advocate for Cincinnati expansions for tech and entrepreneurial organizations and companies like Powderkeg, BLK Hack, and Tech Elevator. Todd has advised and mentored dozens of founders and entrepreneurs individually, as well as through support organizations including OCEAN Programs and Founder Institute.
