About Me

Resistance to innovation is one of the most interesting and stimulating parts of my work. I grew up in sales and marketing for about 10 years on an Italian and international level, for multinationals and small and medium-sized enterprises. In the first I learned the organization and the need for processes in a multifunctional perspective, from the others the ability to see the business at 360 °, the importance of team motivation and the strategy. Being a very dynamic person I like to have more than one project to follow. For this, I was chosen and I followed start-up projects where creativity, vision, concreteness and emotional intelligence are essential requirements to coordinate a project. Understanding people, their fears and their emotions is a significant strength to bring functional cross teams on board complex and innovative projects. Examples in this sense are the projects where I held the role of marketing manager in SMEs where I introduced new processes that have become part of the daily activities of the company or as an innovation manager where I prepared and conducted a project involving the company for development of new processes of creativity and stakeholder engagement. My managerial / consulting experience has often led me to manage key projects for companies where I have dealt from strategic design to finalization, guaranteeing efficiency, productivity and inclusion even in environments particularly adverse to change. An example in this sense is given by one of projects implemented for the management of a help desk for the diffusion of 4.0 technologies, in which I organized and managed workshops on digital strategies, innovation design and design thinking and training in SMEs. The results achieved in my career include increases in turnover of + 300% in 12 months with a stable marketing budget in comparison (+ 20%), an increase of 70% in market share and the creation of more than 100 workshops (Design Thinking, and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®). Today I manage a local chapter in Italy for Startup Grind, the largest independent startup community which actively educating, inspiring, and connecting more than 2,000,000 entrepreneurs in over 600 chapters. SG nurture startup ecosystems in 125+ countries through events, media, and partnerships with organizations like Google, Oracle & Amazon for Startups.
