Patrick Duplessis

About Me

Patrick Duplessis focuses on a wide range of intellectual property matters, including patent preparation and prosecution, transactional and licensing matters, and patent litigation. During law school, Mr. Duplessis was a law clerk at the Burnham Institute for Medical Research in La Jolla, California. As an undergraduate, he held research positions at Massachusetts General Hospital and Northwestern University. Mr. Duplessis is familiar with a wide range of technologies, including blood testing devices, non-invasive vital sign monitors, gas turbine engines, elevators, escalators, personal care products, oil and gas well sensing devices, machine tools, saw blades, radiological skin markers, wirelessly connected devices, and devices for sterile filling, dispensing, and transferring of medicaments.
