Both of these are leading organizations in the startup and company acceleration market in Florida and the Southeastern US, and have achieved significant mindshare with overseas companies aiming to enter the US market. Malter has 20+ years specializing in life sciences, technology/telecom, energy and aerospace. He has raised 50m+ in funding early stage companies in life sciences and tech companies. His successful track record for developing and enhancing overall corporate profitability in numerous start-ups and existing entities has afforded him an opportunity to work with high-profile government and business leaders and Fortune 500 companies. Malter is considered a thought leader in the healthcare and life science technology industries. He has worked with startups and major global players in the healthcare and life sciences area in a variety of roles including entrepreneur, investor, initiator of patent commercial development and advisor. He has extensive contacts in healthcare policy circles, having worked with Speaker Newt Gingrich regarding critical aspects of the healthcare market, and having been appointed Chairman of Florida Life Sciences Council by the Governor of Florida. He also has extensive expertise in the aerospace/aviation technology vertical as an investor and advisor to companies in multiple industry sub-segments.
